All Black fans have reacted to their team's exit from the Rugby World Cup by trying to hawk the side on an online auction website for just a few dollars.
The All Blacks, hot favourites to win the World Cup, were defeated 20-18 by host nation France on Saturday.
A "Used All Black Team", listed on New Zealand website Trade Me, attracted early bids of as little as $1.
The "seller" described the product as being "fully reconditioned earlier this year, and all parts rotated".
"Unfortunately the choke is stuck on full. Pickup from Auckland Airport."
Trade Me administrators removed the listing this morning, but not before a number of people bid on the item.
One of these people, who bid $NZ1, said a cheaper model could be secured at Sydney Airport for 50 cents - a reference to the Wallabies' exit from the tournament, at the hands of England, on Saturday.
Kiwi fans also used online encyclopedia Wikipedia to vent their disappointment at the All Blacks' early exit.
In edits made to the entry for referee Wayne Barnes, who officiated the match between the All Blacks and France, fans described the Englishman as an "absolute cheat" and "hopeless at refereeing".
One fan also posted a bounty of $NZ1000 on his head.
However most of these edits were removed.
Barnes's Wikipedia entry currently describes his performance as having "caused controversy among fans and commentators".
