Wallabies skipper Stirling Mortlock has been declared 100 per cent fit to return for Australia's Rugby World Cup quarter-final against England next weekend.

Mortlock has put his injured shoulder to the test without any problem in Bordeaux where the Wallabies will meet Canada in their final pool match tonight (AEST).

The outside centre, injured two weeks ago against Wales, gave the joint a rugged work out in a series of tackling drills and team medics say he's a certainty to play in Marseille in seven days time.
